Sunny Street is a purpose-driven platform helping charities raise funds more transparently while making giving feel joyful, social, and community-centered. We partner with nonprofits to simplify fundraising, increase engagement, and create meaningful impact.
Role OverviewThis role blends sales outreach, relationship-building, and customer feedback. You’ll work directly with charities—helping them sign up, onboarding them onto the platform, and gathering real-world insights that drive innovation and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Outreach and sign-up of charities for the Sunny Street platform
- Build relationships with nonprofit leaders and guide them through onboarding
- Support charities in learning and using the platform effectively
- Test the software and identify bugs or usability issues
- Gather and document customer feedback, pain points, and feature ideas
- Share insights with the Sunny Street team to improve product experience and workflows
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improved charity engagement
- Number of charities contacted per week
- Number of charities signed up/onboarded
- Conversion rate from outreach → signup
- Charity Engagement & Success:
- Percentage of onboarded charities actively using the platform
- Time to first successful campaign or action on Sunny Street
- Qualitative feedback from charities on clarity and usefulness
- Customer Feedback & Product Insights:
- Number of actionable feedback items submitted (pain points, feature requests, UX issues)
- Quality and clarity of bug reports and usability findings
- Patterns identified across multiple charities (themes, trends, repeated friction points)
- Recommendations that lead to product, onboarding, or messaging improvements
- Contribution to testing new features or workflows before launch
- Comfortable with sales conversations and outreach
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Curious, observant, and thoughtful about user experience
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Mission-driven and aligned with helping charities succeed
- Experience with nonprofits, startups, sales, or customer success
- Interest in product development, UX, or innovation
- Familiarity with CRMs or onboarding tools
- Direct influence on product direction and charity experience
- Flexible hours with meaningful, impact-driven work
