Come help lead the strategy for the Blender Bottle Brand. As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will help create purpose-driven brand/channel strategies and partner with experts across the 4

Ps to assess, evaluate, and execute initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold Blender Bottle’s premium identity and voice across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and purpose-driven brand experience.
  • Drive brand-building initiatives, innovation projects, and business model improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners to meet financial and volume goals.
  • Collaborate with experts across Product, Price, Place, and Promotion to assess opportunities, orchestrate the annual plan, and ensure execution aligns with the brand foundation.
  • Analyze consumer data, category trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover insights that guide product innovation, marketing messaging, and portfolio decisions.
  • Oversee the commercialization of new product initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful launches that support the annual brand plan.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to forecast demand by applying business and consumer insights, ensuring accurate inventory and availability.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and retail marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns across e-commerce, social media, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign and product performance to optimize ROI and inform future planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, ensuring consistent brand messaging and on-time deliverables.
  • Work with Sales to craft compelling customer stories, presentations, and tools that profitably win with key retail and distributor partners.

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3–5 years in CPG brand marketing, finance, sales, consulting, or a leadership development program; familiarity with premium consumer products preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically, balance short-term and long-term priorities, and generate creative solutions that drive brand growth and innovation.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights, understand P&L mechanics, and choose levers across the 4

    Ps to achieve brand goals.
  • Capable of inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships across functional areas, cultures, and languages.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; experience with tools like Circana data, DOMO, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing brands at various stages of growth and identifying opportunities across a portfolio to build cohesive strategies.
