Our app helps luxury retailers drive sales and improve customer retention through personalized recommendations, chat tools, and automation.

About the Role:

As Marketing Manager at Clientbook, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury retail market, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building a world-class brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns and track key metrics.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo).

We value our talent, and we make sure that our team is well cared for. Our employees get the health care and vacation time they need, and we believe in ensuring that everyone has the necessary tools for success. Here are just a few of the benefits we offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
