About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our in-office sales team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and has a genuine passion for developing people and driving performance. You will be the driving force behind the team's daily output, keeping everyone motivated, accountable, and focused on hitting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives on a daily basis
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture where the team feels supported and challenged
- Conduct regular one‑on‑ones and team meetings to align on goals and address any concerns
- Onboard and train new sales team members, ensuring they are set up for success
- Set individual and team sales targets in line with company goals
- Monitor and track KPIs and performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify underperformance early and implement structured improvement plans
- Recognize and reward high performance to maintain motivation and morale
- Oversee and manage team attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules
- Ensure adequate team coverage at all times and manage any staffing issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and flag any patterns of concern
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the team's activity with broader business objectives
- Continuously refine processes and approaches to maximize efficiency and conversion rates
- Create an energetic and positive office environment that keeps the team engaged and driven
- Run daily briefings, team huddles, and incentive initiatives to maintain momentum
- Act as the go‑to person for the team. Approachable, supportive, and solution‑focused
- Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and professionalism at all times
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Communicate targets, updates, and strategy clearly and effectively to the team
- Act as the key point of contact between the sales floor and upper management
- Proven experience in a sales management or team leadership role
- A highly proactive individual with exceptional drive and self‑motivation
- Strong ability to coach, inspire, and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on them
- Confident decision‑maker who can think on their feet and adapt quickly
- A natural leader who earns the respect of their team through action, not just title
