Pay

• Lead and manage projects, meeting timelines and budgets
• Prepare and review project estimates, contracts, and change orders
• On site inspections conducted regularly to monitor progress and safety regulations
• Financial reporting on each project

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Must be able to work with clients, co-workers, and other managers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug tests
• Must be highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in job costing and scheduling
• Construction background is a plus
