Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Ops

• Manage 3PL logistics. Communicate regularly with 3PL partners to address operational issues, discuss performance, and ensure alignment with Gabb's service level agreements.
• RMA and reverse logistics management. Oversee the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, ensuring efficient handling of returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Inventory management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and prevent stockouts.
• International logistics. Manage the flow of overseas physical products, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping regulations.
• Vendor relationship management. Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners in managing and resolving issues.
• Contract management. Negotiate and manage contracts with 3PL providers, suppliers, and other key partners.
• Performance monitoring. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Fulfillment optimization. Continuously analyze and improve our shipping and fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and overseeing fulfillment operations for an ecommerce company.
• Strong understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and shipping practices.
• Experience with RMA processes and reverse logistics.
• Excellent contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Data-driven and analytical, with experience using KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
