Landscaping Site Manager

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Landscaping Job Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, leads with confidence, and knows how to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Lead and supervise landscaping crews
  , providing direction, training, and performance feedback
• Coordinate project schedules
  , materials, and equipment to keep timelines on track
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Inspect job sites for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans
• Troubleshoot issues related to staffing, materials, or unexpected site conditions.
• Collaborate with designers and estimators to ensure accurate execution of project plans

• 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience
  , with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices
  , equipment, and horticulture basics
• Ability to speak Spanish would be preferred, but not a requirement
• Ability to read site plans and interpret project specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
