We need a Principal – Social Commerce Demand & Inventory Strategy to architect and scale a forecasting and inventory optimization framework purpose-built for Tik Tok, within a shared inventory ecosystem . This is not a traditional planner role, but a highly analytical, technologically fluent operator required to manage Tik Tok Shop’s fundamentally different demand profile, which is driven by influencer campaigns and viral content resulting in nonlinear, unpredictable spikes.

Success, which involves designing predictive models and building scalable solutions with Product and Engineering, is measured through business performance, brand satisfaction, and team impact in this fast-moving marketplace environment.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.
