Pattern is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Market Intelligence team, driving Ecommerce intelligence across our portfolio of brands. In this role, you will develop scalable data science solutions that power our Ecommerce Management organization, with a particular focus on predictive modeling, go-to-market strategy, and retail marketplace insights. You will unlock insights from complex, high-volume datasets to inform smarter decision-making and accelerate performance across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Tik Tok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.
Partnering cross-functionally with Ecommerce, marketing, and retail teams, you will solve high-impact business challenges by leveraging AI and automation to build data science–driven solutions that optimize growth and support brand objectives. You will translate advanced analytics into clear, actionable strategies—effectively communicating research and results to internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and ensuring insights are implemented to drive measurable ROI.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.
