Senior Workday Solutions Architect
Remote
Pay Range: $110-$120/hour
We are seeking a Senior Workday Solutions Architect to lead a comprehensive assessment of an existing Workday HCM environment. This individual will evaluate current module configuration, data integrity, architecture design, and platform optimization opportunities. This is a high-impact engagement focused on diagnosing, recommending, and shaping a strategic roadmap— not day-to-day transactional support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a full assessment of deployed Workday HCM modules
- Identify misconfigurations, inefficiencies, and underutilized functionality
- Audit data structure, integrity, and governance practices
- Evaluate security model and business process framework (BPF) configuration
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimization and remediation
- Develop a structured roadmap for post-assessment execution
- Serve as a senior advisor and potential ongoing "as-needed" resource
- 7 years of hands-on Workday experience
- HCM certification
- Deep configuration expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules
- Experience leading Workday assessments or remediation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of:
- Security framework design
- Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Data governance and data cleanup strategies
- Module interdependencies
- Ability to translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Lattice
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders
