GRC Analyst

• Salary range of $83,000.00 - $91,500.00 per year, with a potential bonus

• Assist in maintaining security and compliance policies, standards, and procedures
• Support updates to documentation, control mappings, and compliance workflows
• Conduct enterprise and departmental risk assessment activities, including data gathering and initial risk scoring
• Collect and organize audit evidence for various compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Help maintain and update GRC platforms while monitoring control performance and documenting exceptions

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1‑3+ years of experience in compliance, IT audit, cybersecurity operations, risk management, or a similar field
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI
• Basic understanding of security controls, audit principles, and risk management concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS environments
• Experience with GRC tools and ticketing systems
• Ability to review evidence, evaluate control performance, and document findings clearly
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
