Senior Technical Project Manager

$65.00/hr - $68.00/hr

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple data and software engineering initiatives
• Drive project schedules, priorities, and execution with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Manage competing priorities and balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, leadership, and partner teams
• Identify risks, elevate appropriately, and ensure mitigation strategies are executed
• Support planning activities including roadmap definition, resource alignment, and milestone tracking
• Facilitate project ceremonies, status updates, and operational cadences that keep teams informed and accountable

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager leading complex initiatives
• 6+ years supporting and working with Data and/or Software Engineering teams
• Strong functional project management background — not required to be deeply technical
• Highly driven, proactive demeanor, with the ability to push projects forward and ensure progress
• Demonstrated success managing competing priorities, complex workflows, and multi‑layered deliverables
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and cross‑functional stakeholder management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
