Responsibilities
  • Research users to understand how they think and work.
  • Gain expert knowledge of worldwide e‑commerce marketplaces.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape.
  • Assemble wireframes with pre‑designed interface patterns.
  • Design innovative user interactions for core business workflows.
  • Create compelling spoken and written communication to tell the story.
  • Define, document, and present software requirements.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams.
  • Conduct user testing and ensure the product UX meets quality standards.
  • Continuously learn new UX concepts and share insights with the UX team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX‑related responsibilities.
  • Basic proficiency with Figma (experience with Sketch or other design tools is acceptable).
  • Experience designing SaaS products.
  • A knack for designing creative and effective data visualizations.
