This is our first implementation hire. You'll run customer implementations end-to-end and build the processes that future hires will use. Home health nurses spend hours on documentation instead of with patients—our AI automates intake and works as an ambient scribe. Your job is to make sure customers actually get it working.

• Run implementations from kickoff to go-live

• Train clinical staff and troubleshoot issues
• Create processes and documentation from scratch
• Tell product and engineering what customers need

• 1-2 years of work experience

Nice to have: healthcare or home health background, experience with EHR/EMR systems, customer-facing or implementation work.
