As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Enzo Health’s AI‑powered healthcare solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospects who can benefit from our innovative documentation and compliance tools. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare documentation.

What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry, focusing on home health agencies and clinical practices.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage with decision‑makers.
  • Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
Pipeline Development
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve conversion rates.
Market Intelligence
  • Gather and document valuable market insights from prospect conversations.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams about prospect needs and objections.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our ideal customer profile and targeting strategy.
Relationship Building
  • Represent Enzo Health professionally as the first point of contact for many prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Build rapport with prospects by understanding their specific challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
  • 0‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience at an early‑stage startup or in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience to handle rejection.
