We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development & Wealth Management Advisor to join our fast-growing Retirement Planteam, based out of our Lehi, or Salt Lake City office.
Your RoleAs an Advisor, you will:
- Work Directly with the Retirement Team Advisors to Identify and Market to Wealth Management Prospects.
- Work directly with the Retirement Team to build an ongoing outreach campaign for terminated plan participants.
- Work directly with the Managing Partners at Soltis to assist and provide WM services to many of these long standing Institutional Relationships.
- Take the Lead Role in the procurement and onboarding of these clients. Additionally, ensure high levels of client retention by providing ongoing service, cultivating strong relationships, and delivering regular portfolio reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to provide the full suite of our Wealth Management services to clients.
- Collaborate with the Retirement team to build customized investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments.
- Be a valuable part of our retirement team in collaboration to deliver the varying Soltis services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in the financial services industry, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven success in driving opportunities and new revenue through lead generation as well as leveraging Soltis extensive networks.
- Proven success in client relationship building, needs identification, and solution recommendations.
- Willingness to travel on occasion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Extensive knowledge of investment products, financial solutions, and strong presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Certifications:
Series 65 and/or CFP preferred, or a willingness to pursue additional education.

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation
- Base Salary:
Competitive base salary (as listed in posting), with strong upside and clear opportunities for accelerated growth. - Sales Incentive Compensation:
In addition to a strong base salary, this role offers performance-based incentives, with the opportunity to earn an additional $25,000–$50,000 annually based on results.
