What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor: oversee designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.
- Drive complex design: tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications.
- Collaborate and influence: work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery.
- Own the details: prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.
- Be the expert: serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.
- Deep knowledge of electrical engineering design for semiconductor and mission critical manufacturing facilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Solid understanding of all phases of construction document production.

- Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 12 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems
- Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panel boards, generators, UPS, etc.
- Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team lead experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Senior technical leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
