Dental Insurance​/Treatment Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator with prior experience to join our growing pediatric dental team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, loves working with families, and has strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning

• Coordinate and verify dental insurance benefits for patients
• Prepare, present, and explain treatment plans to parents
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim or coverage issues
• Collect payments, explain financial options, and answer billing questions
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and insurance documentation
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth treatment flow
• Support front office operations as needed to provide excellent customer service and patient experience

• Prior dental office experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Bilingual is a huge plus
