This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lehi, UT, for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, the Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Boom Cloud’s solutions. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, improving customer retention rates, and addressing concerns to promote a positive user experience. The role also involves analyzing client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance our platform and services.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong abilities in Customer Retention, adoption and Relationship Building to nurture trust and ensure long-lasting partnerships.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting client data and identifying trends that drive business improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work on-site in Lehi, UT and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with dental or healthcare industry software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
