Your Responsibilities- Become an expert:
Build strong knowledge of our platform, business model, and internal systems to deliver high-quality support. - Deliver exceptional service:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. - Support core operations:
Handle deposit-, payment-, and account-related enquiries accurately and efficiently. - Document and follow up:
Record customer interactions clearly and ensure timely resolution or escalation when needed. - Collaborate across teams:
Work closely with internal partners to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. - Engage in continuous learning:
Participate training and development to grow your skills and knowledge.
- Education:
You are a recent high school graduate (additional education is welcome but not required) - Experience:
You have a background in a customer-facing role - Communication skills:
You have clear, polite, and empathetic communication skills - Industry interest:
You are curious about financial services or fintech and eager to learn - Problem‑solving:
You have a genuine interest in solving problems and making a difference - Technical skills:
You are comfortable with computers and curious to learn new tools - Organization skills:

You speak fluent English.
