Each day, you will lead and manage basement crews, ensuring projects stay on a tight schedule and work is performed to high standards. You will read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades to ensure every dig and backfill is precise. You will stay organized, handle daily paperwork and maintain thorough records, and create a safe work site that meets or exceeds OSHA standards.

Your leadership and attention to detail will help operations run smoothly and ensure customers receive top-quality work. You will be part of a supportive team and contribute to the company s reputation for excellence and reliability.

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman
• Valid driver s license
• Ability to operate heavy equipment for excavation, back filling, and grading
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Our ideal basement dig and backfill construction foreman will lead crews, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards on our projects. The role includes consistent scheduling from Monday through Friday, typically 7 AM to 5 PM. Evenings and weekends are as yours to enjoy.
