Schedule: This is a full-time position with a regular schedule,
Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM
.

• Lead and manage basement crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades for accurate dig and backfill operations
• Oversee daily paperwork and maintain thorough job records
• Maintain a safe job site by following all OSHA standards
• Support your team and help ensure each project meets company standards for quality and safety
• Communicate with crew members and uphold a positive work environment

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate heavy equipment for excavation, back filling, and grading
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
