Schedule: This is a full-time position with a regular schedule,
Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM

- Lead and manage basement crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades for accurate dig and backfill operations
- Oversee daily paperwork and maintain thorough job records
- Maintain a safe job site by following all OSHA standards
- Support your team and help ensure each project meets company standards for quality and safety
- Communicate with crew members and uphold a positive work environment

Digand Backfill Construction Foreman Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for excavation, back filling, and grading
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
