• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must know how to operate heavy equipment for excavation, back filling, and grading
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and any other drug screens that are required per company policy
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Manage and lead basement crews while maintaining a time-sensitive schedule
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades for accurate dig and backfills
• Complete daily paperwork
• Maintain a safe work site, adhering to all OSHA standards

Our Basement Dig and Backfill Construction Foreman typically work from 7 AM to 5 PM
