- Manage specified timelines, budgets, safety, and quality control for water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Develop strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards, providing updates as needed.
- Handle risk management, distribution of RFIs, submittals, field directives, updated plans, and coordination between teams.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee expense approvals, cost estimates, change orders, projections, invoices, and payments according to work completion.
- Ensure support and materials are provided to Superintendent and Foreman, including RFI responses and submittal approvals.
- Coordinate with estimators and superintendents on subcontractor and supplier selection.
- Mentor Project Engineers and other Project Managers.
