Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales organization by managing order workflows, maintaining accurate systems data, coordinating cross-department tasks, and ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations.

• Process and validate sales orders in the ERP system
• Review pricing, terms, product availability, and required documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve order or billing issues
• Maintain data accuracy, including accounts and product details
• Track order status, fulfillment milestones, and communicate updates to internal teams
• Support sales onboarding with system access, training materials, and process guidance
• Assist in maintaining sales process documentation and SOPs
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Support execution of promotions, pricing updates, and product launches
• Handle internal support tasks such as office supply management and team supply runs
• Provide general operational assistance to the teams as needed

• 1–3 years in sales operations, order management, or sales support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Net Suite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Clear communication skills across teams
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Knowledge of order-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes
