As a Sourcing Enablement Specialist, you will enable sourcing and supplier management activities that drive cost savings and service improvement for the client. You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute RFx processes, supplier business reviews, and sourcing programs. Work model:
Hybrid, minimum three days onsite in Lehi (Mountain Time).
- Serve as liaison with internal business customers and suppliers on low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects.
- Develop, issue, and manage RFx activities and lead commercial negotiations to secure value and cost savings.
- Plan and implement sourcing strategies and supplier management programs aligned with business objectives.
- Apply Supplier Relationship Management techniques, including supplier business reviews and performance management.
- Use spend analytics and procurement tools to extract insights and report progress weekly, including work planning and work-in-progress.
- Add agreements, service details, and payment forecasts into procurement systems in a complete and timely manner.
- Support continuous process improvement and change initiatives within sourcing/procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or related functions.
- Familiarity with supplier management processes, spend analytics, and procurement tools.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive projects to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Willingness to train and educate users on processes, policies, or technologies; flexibility in working hours when required.
- Strategic sourcing/procurement-related industry certification(s).
- Three to five years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, finance, consulting, or program management in a global procurement environment.
- Knowledge of procurement practices, contract interpretation, purchasing systems, and order management software.
$33.80 - $42.25/hour
