Licensing Specialist

As a Licensing Specialist 1, you will support the client’s volume licensing programs to improve customer satisfaction and enable sales teams worldwide. You will partner cross-functionally with Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, Contracts Administration, and Legal to deliver timely licensing and transactional support. Work model:
Hybrid, three days onsite in Lehi, UT.

• Provide licensing support and project work that directly helps customers of the client’s product offerings.
• Support Enterprise, Inside, and Channel sales account managers with licensing operations and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, Contracts Administration, and Legal to resolve issues and execute processes.
• Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at process improvements.
• Deliver clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and customers in high-volume situations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Experience working with Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, Contracts Administration, or Legal teams.
• Prior exposure to volume licensing or similar licensing program operations.

$22.40 - $28.00/hour
