Routing & Operations Specialist

At Sage Pest Control, we’re growing quickly and looking for a Routing & Operations Specialist who goes beyond daily scheduling. This role is for someone who can think strategically about routes, efficiency, and capacity — and continuously improve how our field operations run.

• Plan and optimize technician routes to minimize drive time and maximize productivity
• Monitor schedules in real time and adjust for cancellations, urgent requests, and operational changes
• Ensure recurring services are scheduled accurately and completed on time

• Review route density, drive time, completion rates, and technician capacity
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience
• Recommend and implement routing strategies to increase jobs per day and reduce wasted time
• Support forecasting and workload planning based on historical data and growth trends

• Think creatively about how to handle complex scheduling challenges
• Collaborate with operations leaders to test new approaches and process improvements
• Proactively identify issues before they impact technicians or customers

• Experience in dispatch, routing, logistics, scheduling, or field service operations preferred (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, utilities, delivery, or similar industries)

• Comfortable learning routing software, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience improving processes or operational efficiency is a strong plus
