Operations Analyst - Outreach & Scheduling

• Dedicate 20 hours of cold calling, texting, and Linked In messaging each week.
• Coordinate with our operations analyst to receive contacts to call and reach out to.
• Work closely with our operations analyst to communicate the results of outreach efforts for each client.
• Help develop and advance our calling and texting processes.

• College Student (Junior to Senior year)
• Driven and motivated, who takes initiative
• Experience with cold calling and enjoys it
• Head down mentality — Willing to hustle and work hard
• Important that this person works well with the team and represents Clozd and our clients in a professional manner
