Help financial institutions get the most out of nCino by ensuring our Mortgage solutions connect seamlessly with the Loan Origination Systems (LOS) they already rely on. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for integrations with the leading Mortgage LOS platforms on the market, making sure nCino fits naturally into existing bank and credit union workflows rather than disrupting them.

You'll work at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution, partnering closely with engineering, implementation teams, and external LOS partners to prioritize and deliver integrations that drive adoption and reduce friction for our customers. Your day-to-day involves translating partner requirements and customer feedback into clear product direction, managing integration roadmap trade-offs, and ensuring nCino remains the go-to complement to the Mortgage LOS ecosystem.
** Essential Functions
*** Ideate - Own the roadmap. Identify next highest priority problems to solve
* Validate the roadmap with customers. Take output from junior product team members' research to advance the planning
* Plan - Represent the Product vision for your feature/feature set in planning sessions with Design and Architecture/Engineering
* Build - Be involved in key milestones. Major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos
* Launch - Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations. Develop strategic launch plan with cross-functional team
* Grow - Help junior product team members' interpret success metrics, work with customer awareness
* nCino Product Knowledge - As the owner of your feature/feature set you should be able to lead conversations with customers in all segments about the value of your feature(s) in how they solve business problems as well as the vision and roadmap for the overall experience this feature connects to and how that will further add value to our customers.

This will include objection handling through your deep knowledge of how other customers use the feature or have adjusted their business process to gain value
* Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs.
* Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions, track adoption, and surface opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that add value to the customer experience while staying informed on emerging technologies and their potential application across the product lifecycle.
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
* Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives
* Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
* Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
* Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
* Travel Requirements -
