Midmarket Customer Success Manager

Overview

You will be the 2nd CSM  will have a lot of say over the direction of this company and this org. Join a fast-growing YC-backed startup in Lehi, UT. Best for someone with 2+ years of CSM experience; ecommerce experience is preferred.

$70-85k base / $80-95k OTE

• Own a book of midmarket customers
• Responsibilities include:
  
  success, implementation/onboarding, contract renewals
• Help define the entire CSM process
• Hit quarterly numbers for NRR
• Possible travel to customers

• $70-80k base
• $15-10k variable

• Screening call
• 1st round of in-person interviews
• 2nd round of in-person interviews with take-home presentation
• 3rd round of in-person interviews
