• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

  uncapped commission with reps earning $80K+ starting and $100K+ with growth
