What you will do...

• Lead a supplier category to provide strategic value to assigned customers by managing supplier relationships and coordinating complex decisions, implementation, and service delivery.

• Work with internal stakeholders to establish and manage strategic supplier goals for savings and efficiencies.

• Manage key stakeholder relationship management and coordinate projects in the supply chain, including annual business plans, sourcing initiative tracking, and reporting.

• Develop multi-year business plans aligned with stakeholder's goals and engage supply chain leaders to deliver value outlined in the business plan.

• Track value and generate reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, contracts, and standards.

Who you are…

• Three to five years of experience in strategic supply chain sourcing and supplier management involving complex analysis and project management.

• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, and scheduling applications.

• Master's Degree in business or supply chain management is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have..

• Five years of experience with indirect strategic sourcing and category management.

As a signatory of the Parity Pledge in Support of Women and the Parity Pledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $90,000 - $112,500 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience.
