Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth and innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in project management, research, and operational execution within a dynamic and mission-driven environment. You will work on various projects that support our mission of connecting families and preserving family history data.

- Support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Document processes, checklists, and workflows.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project tracking and reporting.
- Current student or recent graduate (within the past year) in project management or related field.
- Interest in family history research.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn other in‑house systems.
