Our team is dedicated to high-quality landscape construction, and we’re looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to help keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling, material ordering, and coordination with our subcontractors and staff. You’ll be a key player in ensuring all operational details fall into place, allowing our construction crews to focus on their craft. This position requires you to be in the office for 6-7/hrs a day.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Order materials and track inventory to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with subcontractors to confirm schedules and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in a similar role or in the construction/landscape industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working part-time hours with some flexibility in scheduling.
- Fluency in Spanish is helpful.
