The Accounting Manager will manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company and ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable accounting processes. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting leader who enjoys building efficient systems, supporting a growing organization, and partnering closely with leadership to deliver financial insights.

The Accounting Manager will oversee the monthly close process, manage accounting staff, and improve financial systems and reporting capabilities.

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records
• Oversee and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage accounting system configuration and improvements

• Own the monthly, and annual close process
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal and external requirements

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to improve financial visibility
• Support revenue recognition processes and logistics-related financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 - 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading month-end close processes
• Net Suite, Advanced Excel and financial systems experience

• CPA designation
• Experience in technology, logistics, or SaaS environments
• Experience implementing or scaling accounting systems

• Highly detail oriented
• Process-driven and systems focused
• Strong communicator and cross-functional partner
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
