Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travel planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients.
Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.
We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking an experienced individual for our current opening: Travel Concierge Assistant.
Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities include:
Booking a variety of aspects of travel and concierge requests including hotels reservations, restaurant bookings, transfers, vehicle hire and tours
Negotiations and communications with suppliers
Assisting with creative solutions across all travel requirements as per their clients' needs
Assisting with writing copy for social media channels and the client's website
Delivering great customer service and maintaining an 'above and beyond' attitude
Working across their CRM platform and bespoke systems to curate itineraries for clients
Participate in business development - which can be anything from lead generation, to attending networking events
Assisting in creation of presentations and packages for clients
Assisting with overall organization and administration for the division as required
Qualified applicants should have:
Bachelor's degree;
Travel & Tourism or Hospitality beneficial
Passion for travel and lifestyle preferably with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a travel /concierge or lifestyle role
Highly organized, ability to prioritize and multitask especially when under pressure
High care of duty to both clients and team members and a willingness to go the extra mile for both
Tech-savvy and able to work with a range of systems - Salesforce and Google Drive experience would be preferable
Extremely strong writing skills - experience writings copy would be a bonus
Strong research capabilities with a solution driven approach to any tasks
Impeccable attention to detail and cross-checking skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Fantastic time management skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
A methodical approach to processing data - experience in data uploading would be a bonus
Good knowledge of industry suppliers, destinations and hotels would be extremely beneficial
Widely travelled with good travel knowledge and experience
Reservation's experience - travel / restaurants / vehicles
Quick learning, able to adapt to new and an ever-changing environment
Strong work ethic and team player attitude, with strong independent initiative
Fluency in English is essential
Male candidates must have fulfilled their military obligations
