Ben jij een nauwkeurige rekenaar met oog voor techniek én haalbaarheid? In deze functie krijg je de kans om als calculator een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan servicegerichte projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt aan nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten van gebouwgebonden installaties voor onder andere zorginstellingen, overheidsgebouwen en onderwijsinstellingen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle rekenkundige aspecten van werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je hebt ruime kennis van kostprijsbegrotingen, contractvormen en rekenmethodes binnen de installatietechniek.
Je onderzoekt en toetst de haalbaarheid van projecten op het gebied van:
- Uitvoerbaarheid
- Techniek
- Budget
- Regelgeving
- Bouw- en voorbereidingsplanning
