Een klantcontactorganisatie in Leeuwarden zoekt een Klantenservice Medewerker voor de behandeling van schadeclaims van melding tot afronding. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor verzekeringslabels en helpt klanten met hun vragen. De functie biedt een bruto startsalaris van €18,- per uur, minimaal 28 uur per week, en een opleidingsbudget. Je dient over Mbo 4 niveau en minimaal twee jaar ervaring in klantenservice te beschikken.

Het team biedt coaching en ruimte voor doorontwikkeling.
