Overview

Early Childhood Educational Fall Soccer Coach — Loudoun Soccer Minis Powered by Soccer Stars. Partnered with Loudoun Soccer Club to run a program focused on early childhood development through soccer. We are hiring fun-loving, reliable coaches to lead children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate activities. Hands-on training provided, flexible schedule, and performance-based incentives. New coaches start at $35 per hour
, with potential to earn up to $50 per hour as they grow within the program. Training begins in August; full-day Saturday coaching opportunities are available during the Open Enrollment season.

Base pay range: $5,000.00/yr - $10,000.00/yr

• Lead children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that build confidence, coordination, and character.
• Provide a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free learning environment.
• Give each child individual attention and use positive reinforcement to celebrate success.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

• Can commit to working up to 8 hours per Saturday for all 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 - 10/18/2025) with potential make-up on 10/25/2025

All 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 - 10/18/2025). Up to 8 hours of work each Saturday (morning and/or afternoon).

Classes held across Loudoun County, VA and surrounding areas in pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches may travel up to an hour to reach a class location.
