Retül Bike Fitter

LoCo Tri is Loudoun County’s leading destination for triathletes and performance-driven cyclists. We specialize in high-end bike fitting, premium equipment, and exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for an experienced Bike Fitter to help lead and grow our fit program.

• Analyze rider biomechanics, flexibility, and positioning
• Adjust saddles, cleats, handlebars, and cockpit components
• Educate riders on comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention
• Provide an outstanding experience from consultation through follow-up
• Help grow the fit program through outreach, events, and partnerships

• Bike fit certification (Retül preferred or willingness to earn)
• Experience in bike fitting, biomechanics, kinesiology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of bikes, components, and athlete needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for cycling and helping athletes perform at their best
• Self-motivated and comfortable helping grow a performance-focused program
