Position: Irrigation & Lighting Technician (Landscaping)
Join our innovative team as an Irrigation and Lighting Technician, where you will be instrumental in troubleshooting residential irrigation and outdoor lighting systems. We seek a reliable, self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. As an Irrigation & Lighting Technician, you will coordinate and execute our clients' lighting and irrigation needs, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards. This role involves collaborating with team members and maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and timelines for contracted services.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless project execution based on client requests.Collaborate with other irrigation and lighting technicians and the rest of the team.Participate in a collaborative work environment.Maintain high quality standards for all services performed.Meet seasonal service requirements.Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and minimize waste.Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, in the yard, and while driving between sites.Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.Maintain regular communication with your supervisors and other key staff such as client representatives to provide updates and address concerns.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation.Must possess a valid Driver's License.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging tasks.Excellent communication skills.Reliable and self-motivated.Compensation
Our employees are paid on a weekly basis. The schedule may include 10 to 12-hour shifts depending on the demands of the season and the weather for the week. Work on Saturdays may be required if more than one day is rained out that week. Winter work assisting Maintenance teams is provided, weather permitting.
