Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and/or visitors;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as badge-controlled doors, cameras, and alarm panels; document and report unusual conditions per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, notifications, and coordinating with on-site teams and/or public responders as directed;
Complete detailed shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to supervisors and client representatives, and support security-related investigations by preserving notes and available video when requested
