Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and local emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking lots, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and directing individuals to appropriate departments;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and handoffs
