Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the building perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure zones; working conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, observe for unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry through presence and reporting.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and escalate maintenance and/or operational concerns through the appropriate channels.
