Security Officer - Flex Unarmed Field Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to clinical staff and/or leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting rooms, and parking areas, as well as exterior perimeter checks; working environments and conditions may vary by post.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing traffic flow, checking identification and/or visitor passes when required, and directing individuals to the appropriate department.;
Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and on-site contacts.
