Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a tech and media location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing assistance to employees, visitors and/or contractors as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, common spaces, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras and/or access points, report unusual activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.;
Complete required documentation such as incident reports, daily activity logs and/or visitor and key control records, and follow post orders and escalation protocols.
