As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a residential community. This primarily driving post offers the opportunity to remain visible, interact with residents, and provide outstanding customer service while monitoring the location. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to incidents, and upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenities to help to deter trespassing and unauthorized access.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual occurrences to Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as required.
• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
