Federal Reserve Account Executive – DH Technologies, Inc.
Position SummaryDH Technologies is seeking an Account Executive responsible for selling IT solutions to federal government agencies. The role involves building and managing long‑term relationships, developing account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue and margin goals.
Responsibilities- Leverage knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government contract vehicles to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal accounts, internal partners, and vendor partners.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, revenue targets, and margin objectives.
- Ensure the delivery team resolves customer issues promptly and maintains high client satisfaction.
- Manage and renew client contracts, sourcing and directing work of others as necessary.
- Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders to increase business revenue through IT solutions sales.
- Represent DH Technologies at contract negotiations, briefings, and industry events.
- Experience selling or managing consulting, professional and integration services to government agencies.
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government contract vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—capable of probing for client needs.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills with high energy and self‑motivation.
- Ability to balance large workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience and/ or familiarity with technical products such as Nutanix, Cisco, Dell, VMWare, and similar solutions is preferred.
- Effective, persuasive communication style and passion for solving client problems.
- Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts for technical products.
- High energy, self‑motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed.
