- Provide friendly, courteous service, greeting customers and offering assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor; enforce safety rules and report hazards.
- Assist with customer inquiries, register transactions, and merchandising tasks.
- Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, replenishing supplies, etc.).
- Execute loss prevention practices and manage merchandise disposition.
- Adhere to cash handling, brand, and company policies.
- React promptly to customer service calls and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Show integrity and protect confidential information and cash.
- Execute daily store tasks such as sizing, recovery, and merchandising per company standards.

- Basic mathematical skills for retail transactions.
- Use store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PCs.
- Stand, walk, and move around the store up to 100% of working time.
- Bend, squat, kneel, climb, lift, and reach regularly.
- Occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs; stockroom shifts may require >20 lbs.
- Use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other supplies as needed.
